To confirm your reservation, deposits must be paid no later than 72 hours after receiving our fax or e-mail. A 50% deposit is payable for bookings made longer than 7 days prior to date of arrival. Full payment is payable for bookings made less than 7 days prior to date of arrival.
This reservation will be kept for 72 hours only and will be cancelled automatically if not confirmed, by returning our fax / e-mail and proof of payment to us.
Payment may be made either by Credit Card (VISA and MASTER) or by direct transfer into our Banking account. Regrettably, no cheques are accepted.
10% of the deposit paid will be retained as an administration fee, on all cancelled bookings, which occur more than 28 days prior to the booking arrival date. 25% of the deposit paid will be forfeited, 21 - 28 days prior to the booking arrival date. 50% of the deposit paid will be forfeited, 14 - 20 days prior tot he booking arrival date. 75% of the deposit paid will be forfeited, 7 - 13 days prior to the booking arrival date. 100% of the deposit paid will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the booking date of arrival.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
